![]() Yes, I'm aware of my lack of registering when I first bought the program, but, it wasn't that expensive to begin with, and, I needed to use it pronto! As it is, I farmed out the work to someone else when I couldn't get it to work originally. I've since LOST (no way to find it anymore!) the original packaging hence my predicament! I was able to copy the CD and get THAT one to install, but, the drivers for the USB device wouldn't install at that time. It didn't install cuz' it was one of those flakey CD's to begin with. Had you initially installed it and registered the program with Roxio, you could go to "Support" under registration pageįirst, thanks Frank, for the info. You would need to find out why it's not installing properly.Then maybe start looking around for the original program package to see ? I suggest that as even if you had the key code ![]() The first thing you need to do is figure out why it didn't install in the first place.
